  • 얼굴 사진(이미지): AI 기반 얼굴·뷰티 참고 분석을 위해 이용자가 업로드·촬영하는 경우
  • 관심 부위 선택값(선택): 턱선, 볼, 피부 등 이용자가 선택한 고민 항목
  • 분석 결과: AI가 생성한 참고용 분석 텍스트(앱 이용 세션 동안 표시)
  • 앱 설정 정보: 언어 선택 등 (기기 localStorage에 저장될 수 있음)
  • 기기 및 앱 환경 정보(일부): Google Play 등 플랫폼이 제공하는 기본 배포·안정성 관련 정보

※ 운영자(Neurokit)는 별도의 회원가입·서버 DB를 운영하지 않으며, 얼굴 사진·분석 결과를 운영자 서버에 영구 저장하지 않습니다.
※ 얼굴 사진은 AI 분석을 위해 Google Gemini 등 제3자 AI 서비스로 전송될 수 있으며, 해당 사업자의 정책이 적용됩니다.

3. 처리 목적

  • AI 기반 참고용 얼굴·뷰티 분석 및 시술 참고 아이디어 제공 (의학적 진단·치료 목적 아님)
  • 언어 설정 등 앱 기본 기능 제공
  • 앱 운영·품질 개선·보안·문의 대응
  • 보상형 광고 시청 후 결과 확인 등 앱 내 기능 제공(해당 시)

4. 법적 근거(해당 지역)

이용자 거주 국가/지역에 따라 적용 법령이 다를 수 있습니다. 본 앱은 한국·일본·대만·미국 등에서 배포될 수 있으며, 운영자는 관련 법령 준수를 위해 노력합니다.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the mobile application “AI PetitUP” (the “App”).

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use the App, the following types of information may be processed on your device and/or as part of providing the service:

  • Face photos (images): if you upload or capture them for AI-assisted beauty reference analysis
  • Optional concern selections: areas you choose to highlight (e.g., jawline, cheeks, skin)

The operator (Neurokit) does not operate a separate account system or server database and does not permanently store face photos or analysis results on its own servers.
Face photos may be sent to third-party AI services such as Google Gemini for analysis, subject to those providers’ policies.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Provide AI-assisted reference facial and beauty analysis and treatment reference ideas (not medical diagnosis or treatment)
  • Provide basic App functions such as language settings
  • Operate and improve the App, maintain security, and respond to inquiries
  • Provide in-app features such as viewing results after watching a rewarded ad prompt (if applicable)

4. Legal bases (region-dependent)

Privacy laws differ by country/region. The App may be distributed in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, the United States, and other regions, and the operator aims to comply with applicable laws.

5. Third-party services

The App may use services whose privacy practices are governed by their providers, including:

  • Google Gemini (generative AI): processing face photos for reference analysis
  • Google Play: app distribution, updates, and related platform functions

If advertising SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob) are integrated in the future, this Policy and the Play Console Data safety section will be updated.

6. Retention and deletion

  • On-device: some settings may remain on your device until you delete app data or uninstall the App.
  • Session data: uploaded photos and analysis results may be cleared when you reset the App or close your session.
